El abordaje del proyecto parte de un análisis revisionista de la historia del Rock Nacional, alejándose de los relatos monumentales para adentrarse en su dimensión más humana e íntima. Se recuperan documentos, testimonios y material de archivo que permiten reconstruir la escena desde sus márgenes, explorando la bohemia de cafés nocturnos, festivales desconocidos y las primeras interacciones entre música, poesía y arte visual. A través de esta metodología, Rock Descentrado busca la restauración y puesta en valor de material de archivo histórico, acompañado de escritos que conducen de manera interactiva y fluida el contacto entre la materialidad y el contexto de epoca
The project takes a revisionist approach to the history of Rock Nacional, moving away from grand narratives to explore its more human and intimate dimensions. Documents, testimonies, and archival material are recovered to reconstruct the scene from its margins, delving into the bohemian world of late-night cafés, underground festivals, and the early intersections of music, poetry, and visual art. Through this methodology, Rock Descentrado aims to restore and highlight historical archival material, accompanied by writings that guide an interactive and fluid connection between the material itself and its historical context.

Rock Descentrado adopta un enfoque de investigación multiplataforma, integrando diversos formatos para crear un archivo interactivo y en constante evolución. El proyecto se desarrolla a través de podcasts, video ensayos, playlists curadas y cápsulas pregrabadas diseñadas para streaming, ofreciendo múltiples puntos de acceso a la historia del Rock Nacional. La página web funciona como el eje central, donde widgets, etiquetas y actualizaciones dinámicas permiten una base de datos fluida y en expansión. Esta estructura no solo mejora la accesibilidad, sino que también redefine la manera en que se consumen las narrativas históricas, permitiendo a los usuarios explorar las intersecciones entre música, cultura y memoria archivística de forma no lineal e inmersiva.
